In the spirit of sharing and social compassion during the holy month of Ramadan, Krakatau Chandra Energi (KCE), together with BMKCE and PERISKA, organized a charitable event for orphans titled “Integrity in Our Work, Sharing with Heart” at the Generator Hall, KCE. This event was part of the company’s Kemilau Ramadan program series, reflecting KCE’s social responsibility and commitment to spreading happiness to others. The event began with a congregational Dzuhur prayer, followed by opening remarks from KCE’s Director of Finance, Human Resources, and General Affairs, Harry M. Tamin, who emphasized the importance of upholding integrity in the workplace while strengthening social care for the surrounding community, including orphans. The program continued with an inspiring religious sermon delivered by Ustadz Mirwan, highlighting the true meaning of sharing during Ramadan.
The highlight of the event was the symbolic distribution of donations to orphans, presented directly by representatives of KCE management, BMKCE, and PERISKA. With joy and gratitude, the children expressed their appreciation for the care and support provided by the company. The atmosphere grew even more heartfelt with the donation handover for Palestine, reflecting KCE’s concern not only for local communities but also for those in need around the world. The event concluded with a collective prayer, expressing hope that the kindness shared would bring blessings to all involved.
