PT Krakatau Chandra Energi (KCE) has established a Code of Conduct as a guiding framework for the professional behavior of all company personnel in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The Code of Conduct serves as the foundation for fostering a work culture grounded in integrity, professionalism, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

KCE’s Code of Conduct sets forth the standards of behavior to be upheld by the Board of Directors, the Board of Commissioners, management, and all employees, in both internal and external engagements. It encompasses principles of honesty, transparency, accountability, and adherence to legal requirements, human rights, and ethical business practices. Accordingly, every decision and action taken within the organization considers its impact on the Company, its stakeholders, and KCE’s long-term reputation.

PT Krakatau Chandra Energi (KCE) establishes corporate policies as strategic instruments to ensure consistency in business direction, operational discipline, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. These policies define the standards, boundaries, and guiding principles that govern all operational activities across the organization.

All policies at KCE are developed based on sound corporate governance principles, comprehensive business needs assessments, risk analysis, and continuous adaptation to industry dynamics and regulatory developments.

Whistleblowing

As part of our commitment to integrity and accountability, PT Krakatau Chandra Energi (KCE) has established the Whistleblowing mechanism as an integral component of strengthening its corporate governance framework. Whistleblowing serves as an official channel for employees and stakeholders to report suspected violations responsibly and in accordance with established procedures.

Reports submitted through the Whistleblowing platform may include actions that violate applicable laws and regulations, the Company’s Code of Conduct, or internal policies, including but not limited to fraud, abuse of authority, conflicts of interest, and other practices that may adversely affect the Company. Each report is treated as significant information and will be subject to an independent and objective verification process.

KCE upholds the principles of confidentiality and protection for whistleblowers acting in good faith and ensures that no form of retaliation will be taken against individuals who submit reports in accordance with the prescribed mechanism.
