Minister of BUMN Inaugurated Subholding Owned by PT Krakatau Steel (Persero), Tbk, PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur

The Minister of BUMN, Mr. Erick Thohir inaugurated Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur as a Subholding of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero), Tbk on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Wisma Krakatau, Cilegon. This event was attended by the Board of Directors of PT KS and its Subsidiary PT KS.

Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur, which was previously Krakatau Industrial Estate, has become a subholding of PT KS, which includes three companies, namely PT KDL, PT KBS, and PT KTI. The formation of this subholding is one part of the transformation of PT KS.

Mr. Erick Thohir appreciated the establishment of Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur as one of PT KS' steps in restructuring debt as well as the company's improving condition. It is hoped that in the future this subholding can develop and integrate with other industrial estate owners.
